Accident Reports

A copy of the completed Bristol Police Department’s officer’s report will be released only to you, your insurance company, or your attorney upon request.  The copy of the accident investigation form can be obtained through www.buycrash.com.  Please wait two (2) business days after the time of the accident before requesting a copy of the report.
